Why DO liberals hate Sarah Palin so much?

I'm not really liberal, but Sarah seems to be full of it. She was mayor of a town that, she admitted, had no power other than to have meetings and write checks. She was governor and her term was frought with ethics violations. She has all these morals yet couldn't instill them in her kid, but wants to impose them on the rest of the country. And, what else. Oh yeah, she quit her job as governor. She QUIT! She's quit college many times, and even quit that commission prior to being elected governor. She's a professional quitter. Her quittings lead me to believe that she will quit when the Presidency gets too much for her.

When the going gets tough, Sarah gets going.
That's just my opinion.

It might be time to go after Ron Paul if he's still interested in 2012. I'm going to stop straddling the fence and just go full independent if Palin remains the frontrunner in '12.

They will say it all day long but won't take the chance on a man like Ron Paul and do what is in the best interest of the Country. They can't see the correlation.

Has anyone noticed that before Obama, network news and media wouldn't touch Paul. They considered him a "revolutionary", etc.. NOW, he's sought after. Faux news hated him before November 2, 2008. November 3, 2008 Faux News decided he is what America needs.

Well, I am not a registered Libertarian. I can't remember who it was on AGS who suggested people like refer to ourselves as libertarians (with a lower-cased l) because a true libertarian wants as much personal freedom as possible and wouldn't submit to a party. I agree, that's how I classify myself...Glenn Beck is an fcuking moron who needs to jump off a cliff (metaphorically of course).

Agreed with most of this, except for the morals/her daughter thing. Ultimately, we try to instill our values in our kids, but at the end of the day we can do our best and still fail. I think that Palin has significant weaknesses (and will not be the Republican nominee), but going after her over her daughter is not only bush league, it is irrelevant. Plus, I don't see where she is planning on imposing her moral system on anybody. I'd say questions about her credentials and her ability to lead as the Chief Executive are legitimate and plenty to concentrate on without being a$$holes over how her kid turned out.

Besides, it's Alaska for Chrisskaes. There's nothing to do up there except fish, hunt, and fvck.

I can agree with a lot of the viewpoints stated and I thank you guys. I'm an independent and proud of it. Dems and Repubs have NO DESIRE to improve the lives of the citizens of this great nation. In fact, as a Christian, I would love to see the Bible not even being used for these guys to swear in because no more than 10 minutes after the swearing in, they have already went back on that oath, supported by God's word as witness.
