For die-hard believers, the answer is simple...the message is more important than the delivery...

But when you are trying to win over independents...fence-sitters...the undecided...can a poor delivery hurt you...

Seems some Republicans are holding their breath...

You committed McCain supporters may not agree...but it's something to consider...
