Last time SFA came to Missoula they lost 70-14.
No smack intended, but every time a Southland team comes into Wash-Griz they get absolutely blown out.

Re: Stephen F. Austin @ Montana Game Thread
Where are all the SFA posters? I know they're not at this game.
Why do I not feel so bad about our game last year now?
Been sayin' SFA (and Moses) racked up the yards but with any kind of D they coud be taken down.
We'd likely be doing just as bad because we lost our run game this year (then agian, maybe not) but we did take a lot of flack after that game last year. At least we made the first half a game of it.

That's true, I take back my last statement. Texas State was in there for a while

Re: Stephen F. Austin @ Montana Game Thread
Thanks DuckDuckGriz. Makes me proud. Maybe we'll be back in a few years. New QB and all next year doesn't feel plausible.
BTW - since there's no thread for it Nova up 10-0 with 8:23 left 1Q
UNH with -23 yds of offense and a turnover

They'll meander back. Last weekend I was back in my seat right after the kickoff. When I buy a ticket I like to see the whole game.dbackjon wrote:Looks like the crowd stayed outside tailgating...

Montana's defense is playing like men possessed today. Mariani is being a freak as usual. Granted SFA is playing like poop but we're making them look bad today.Appaholic wrote:unbelievable....Willie wrote: They'll meander back. Last weekend I was back in my seat right after the kickoff. 45-0....seriously, is it an unbelievable Montana performance? sloppy SFA? or both?
BTW...turnover #8 for SFA. Jace Palmer forces a fumble and Montana recovers.

Mariani gets a 23 yard reception to go over the century mark for the day.

Re: Stephen F. Austin @ Montana Game Thread
You know, a coaching staff can't really design offensive plays to negate 8 to's.....the QB ought to head back to REd's....take the team with him.....Willie wrote:Montana's defense is playing like men possessed today. 4 Ints
Anybody know the FCS record for Ints in a career? I think Moses (with 1 more year) might be within reach
