I stand by what I said here a few days ago...whoever wins in Missoula tomorrow takes home the Big One. The CAA just doesn't have any offenses like that App. State, as evidenced by ASU putting more points on Richmond than anyone has this year. And if Montana is good enough to beat App. State then neither of these teams are good enough to beat Montana.

Guess we can just call this game right now...and send the NC trophy to Missoula to be awarded tomorrow...

I'm not to sure what the Tribe were thinking on that last defensive stand. Let them score, give yourselves a chance to at least send it to overtime. This was my first time seeing each live and to be honest I wasn't that impressed with either and they didn't have much team speed. Take Szczur out of the game and you'll beat Villanova. I can't speak for Montana, but Appalachian would match up nicely with the Wildcats.

You got me on that quote. Out of the ten games played by the CAA so far, I was only right on 90% of them. Damn Richmond just had to go and lose to a non-CAA team. Oh well, 90% isn't too bad. I'll be at 91% after Villanova wins it all next week.

Your math's a bit faulty there. The CAA has only played 10 games if you include the CAA vs. CAA games and count both CAA teams from those games each as a separate game (& count them both as wins even though they played each other). At this point, the CAA is 5-1 in games not involving two CAA teams. That's still a good 83%, but still a bit away from 90%.
