On Wednesday's Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, the case was about a man killing children of illegal immigrants because the kids were what they called "anchor kids". The man charger tried using a defense that he was brainwashed by a conservative TV host named Garrison who went on and on about illegal immigrants. A lawyer played by John Larroquette who's character was an extremely liberal who represented the man because he didn't blame him, but instead the conservative tv hosts. A line of dialogue between Larroquette and Det. Tutuola went like this "Garrison, Limbaugh, Beck, O'Reilly, all of them they are like a cancer spreading ignorance and hate"
Needless to say Bill O'Reilly didn't take to kindly to the mention. He ranted on his show Thursday calling Dick Wolf a liberal who used his shows to push his progressive views.
Whether or not it was fair to list O'Reilly there I do not know since I do not watch his show or really care to much to study his detailed political views, but any credibility O'Reilly had to attack Wolf about using his shows to promote his progressive views may very well have been thrown out the window last night on the flagship program Law & Order when the focus of the investigation was around a progressive community organizing group like ACORN whose members killed a conservative infiltrator to cover up an adultery affair, payoff using the groups money and characterized progressives as a bunch of loud mouthed, police hating criminals.
But yes, Dick Wolf uses his programs to promote his progressive views.
