Watching the D3 championship, that's some real football right there.

Sucks that the DIII championship got pushed to ESPNU. I was looking forward to watching it.
What was attendance at the New Mexico bowl? 6,000 maybe.

Wyoming wins 35-28 in 2OT after an insane goal line stand in the first OT. Fresno was the co-biggest favorite of all the bowl teams in the point spread (-13) and the biggest favorite on ESPN's College Bowl Mania (96%).
Re: FBS Exhibition Season Thread (BOWL GAMES)
As much as I hate the bowl system I also like it. It does give some interesting match ups, and games non stop for about 3 weeks.

I'm being exposed to Xmas movies for the first time in my life... watching Lampoons Christmas for the first time. More interesting than the current bowel games.

ick. I can't stand (most) xmas movies.JMU DJ wrote:I'm being exposed to Xmas movies for the first time in my life... watching Lampoons Christmas for the first time. More interesting than the current bowel games.
I'm watching the volleyball championships
(and it is probably the only time I'll ever cheer for a Texas team, hoping they'll end Penn State's streak)

Was that why I couldn't get it on ChannelSurfing?danefan wrote:Sucks that the DIII championship got pushed to ESPNU. I was looking forward to watching it.

SuperHornet's Athletics Hall of Fame includes Jacksonville State kicker Ashley Martin, the first girl to score in a Division I football game. She kicked 3 PATs in a 2001 game for J-State.

the St. Pete Bowl wasn't too bad from what I remember of it. We spent most of the game drinking.
UCF has some funny fans. Pretty good crowd for the game.

Make that 44-19 pending the extra point, 2:35 remaining.
Re: FBS Exhibition Season Thread (BOWL GAMES)
BYU made the Beavers their bitch. That sounds bad.
