It would be interesting to see a breakdown comparing how much time during an NFL game broadcast is spent showing actual football, compared to the time spent in commercial.
I was watching a movie last night, and occasionally flipping over to see how the Minnesota/Carolina game was going. but at least 75% of the times I'd flip over to it, they'd be on commercial.

I'd be willing to guess that the amount of commercial time varies depending on what time the game is being played. Is it really necessary to go to a commericalbetween the PAT and the Kickoff and then again between the kickoff and the first offensive play?

SuperHornet's Athletics Hall of Fame includes Jacksonville State kicker Ashley Martin, the first girl to score in a Division I football game. She kicked 3 PATs in a 2001 game for J-State.
