We lost once to Towson already. We are 21-1 all-time against them in basketball. They hammered us at our place by 11 points in 2002. Andy was a spry male cheerleader then.

You only have to go back to 2006 for our last winning football season, you have to go back to 1995 in mens basketball. We are getting a new basketball only arena in a couple years, so a new coach should be in the works after, if not during, this season.

I was up there last week. I thought they said it was to be a reengineering of the current arena adding 500 to 1000 seats.

No. You know that big slope going from the current TowsonCenter down to the front of the stadium? New Arena is going there, 6000 seats with room for expansion. Basketball only. There are rumors that the existing gym will be converted into an indoor Field Turf practice facilitiy.

Supposed to break ground after the 10/11 season. It was supposed to be after this season, but the neighboring community of Rodgers Forge complaints moved the new building location to theother side of the TC. So its in redesign phase. Funding is already there for it.

That seems to be the global sentiment. The president hired PK, so whenever HE gets tired of the losing, a change will be made.
Gordy is still getting paid for getting bought out go a year early. PK has one year left after this season. Does Towson buy out another big contract?
