Hate To Say It But
I hope the Patriots lose this weekend.
Don't get me wrong, I would love for them to win the Super Bowl, but with Welker done I don't think its likely.
Now with the NFL heading into an uncapped year there will be free agency restrictions, most notably teams that compromise the final 8 standing will be limited in what they can do in free agency.
Teams who are among the final 8 can only sign as many free agents as they lose, so I rather they Patriots lose this weekend and have the ability to sign anyone they want as opposed to sticking around an extra week or maybe two and losing that ability.

I hope they lose too. But for a completely different reason.

Plus. If uncapped makes it much easier for all teams to resign thief own FA's

It appears the whole Patriots team shares Travis' sentiment.

slowly turning it around, but it seems like Baltimore has lowered their intensity.SunCoastBlueHen wrote:It appears the whole Patriots team shares Travis' sentiment.

To the tune of another 21 point lead.

I was looking forward to a Colts/Pats rematch. Oh well.

Hard for the Ravens run game to look more dominant.

Yep. When you only require your QB to pass four times on the day, that's a sign of domination.bluehenbillk wrote:Hard for the Ravens run game to look more dominant.

First off their QB passed 10 times.93henfan wrote:Yep. When you only require your QB to pass four times on the day, that's a sign of domination.bluehenbillk wrote:Hard for the Ravens run game to look more dominant.
Second, outside of their first run of the game, 151 yards on 51 carries is hardly dominant. The illusion of the Baltimore offense dominating benefited from the turnovers by NE deep in their own territory. Now the Baltimore defense was dominant, aside from that nothing in the game was dominant.
Good luck to Baltimore.
Re: Hate To Say It But
Yep...and outside of that punt that recovery that NE got, that Baltimore should have challenged, NE didn't do jack fucking shit all day. NE got pwned.UNHWildCats wrote:First off their QB passed 10 times.93henfan wrote:

Re: Hate To Say It But
I will also add that Flacco was 4/10 for 34 yards and a pick...yep....34 yards passing with a pick. Baltimore had two running backs with 20+ carries (20 and 22 respectively), and you couldn't stop it. Say all you want about "outside that one play" because that doesn't mean shit. If you would take one play away from every game UNI would have probably 4 or 5 national titles right now. You can't take one play out of a game, thus the reason they ALL count.clenz wrote:Yep...and outside of that punt that recovery that NE got, that Baltimore should have challenged, NE didn't do jack fucking shit all day. I'll say it again....4/10 for 34 yards and a pick.....and that team makes NE's D look silly as fuck. 4 for fucking 10. He didn't even throw for 4 first downs yard wise.

Re: Hate To Say It But
You know New England had a bad day when Kurt Warner threw more TOUCHDOWN passes than Flacco threw COMPLETIONS.clenz wrote:I will also add that Flacco was 4/10 for 34 yards and a pick...yep....34 yards passing with a pick. Re: Hate To Say It But
In New England's defense (probably the only time I'll say or do this) Kurt Warner is a fucking man. He may not be 40 yet, but God damn he is a man. I'll be in Canton decked out in Purple and Gold when he goes into the HOF.AZGrizFan wrote:You know New England had a bad day when Kurt Warner threw more TOUCHDOWN passes than Flacco threw COMPLETIONS.clenz wrote:I will also add that Flacco was 4/10 for 34 yards and a pick...yep....34 yards passing with a pick.
