Letter from the BOSS!!
LETTER FROM THE BOSS:
As the CEO of this organization, I have resigned myself to the
fact that Barrack Obama is our President and that our taxes and
government fees will increase in a BIG way. To compensate for these
increases, our prices would have to increase by about 10%. But since we
cannot increase our prices right now due to the dismal state of the
economy, we will have to lay off sixty of our employees instead. This
has really been bothering me, since I believe we are family here and I
didn't know how to choose who would have to go.
So this is what I did. I walked through our parking lots and
found sixty 'Obama' bumper stickers on our employees' cars and have
decided these folks will be the ones to let go. I can't think of a more
fair way to approach this problem. They voted for change; I will give it to
them.
I will see the rest of you at the annual company picnic.

Re: Letter from the BOSS!!
Sadly, Obama and the Dems have done exactly this to the larger economy, un-Constitutionally picking radical and "progressive" Democrat "winners" to receive un-merited taxpayer largesse (e.g., ACORN, UAW, other unions...) while doing their best to impoverish Republicans. (e.g., Republican GM and Chrysler dealers).ysubigred wrote:LETTER FROM THE BOSS:

Do you guys teach your children to be this closeminded? It's unsettling.native wrote:Sadly, Obama and the Dems have done exactly this to the larger economy, un-Constitutionally picking radical and "progressive" Democrat "winners" to receive un-merited taxpayer largesse (e.g., ACORN, UAW, other unions...) while doing their best to impoverish Republicans. I was no fan of Bush (who had some successes), and I sure as hell am no fan of the Democratic or Republican parties but i'm open to all the idea's and leaders (to an extent). Mostly because it is what we have to work with and I'm tired of my efforts to oust the pitiful, lazy politicians being in vain.
So, just curious.
Turns out I might be a little gay. 89Hen 11/7/17

Re: Letter from the BOSS!!
Sure the thread was started as a joke. But do you think the un-Constitutional GM/Chrysler bailouts were a joke to their bondholders, to the Republican dealerships hand picked to go out of business, the unions that got special deals at the expense of everyone else, or the Democrat dealerships like Mac McClarty's, hand picked to keep his cash cow?danefan wrote:Uhhhh......I thought this was a joke?

I'm not a fan of the bailouts, but I wouldn't exactly call them "unconstitutional?"native wrote:Sure the thread was started as a joke. Don't have to teach my children this crap. Both 13 and 19 are smart enough to figure out this pop culture elected president and his band of dem cooks that support his great ideas to save our country They didn't even listen to his rhetoric and become one of his flockIbanez wrote:Do you guys teach your children to be this closeminded? Re: Letter from the BOSS!!
The un-Constitutional part that has been ignored in most circles is the political picking and choosing of winners and losers instead of letting them go into bankruptcy in accordance with the Constitution. It's a pretty clear violation of equal protection under the law and un-Constitutional quashing of the rights of bondholders.danefan wrote:I'm not a fan of the bailouts, but I wouldn't exactly call them "unconstitutional?"native wrote:

Mac McClarty is a prolific Democratic fundraiser and owner of car dealerships. Perhaps I should have said, "owners of car dealerships."
