Well it looks like I'll officially be at the Montana-EWU game in Sept. I gotta see this turf for myself. I participated in a kicking camp on Boise's turf in high school so I've been there done that. This will be cool.

I don't give a shit what EWU does, but as far as I'm concerned, football was made too be played outdoors on real grass in the mud and dirt. If they have to play on this fake turf shit, at least make it look sort of like real grass and leave it green.

Red is the color that we pay the most attention to. It is the warmest and most energic color in the spectrum.

We associate red with love, valentines, danger, desire, speed, strength, violence, anger, emergency exit signs, stop signs and blood.

Red can evoke a fight-or-flight response, raise blood pressure and make the heart beat faster.

Red would not be the color of choice for psychiatric wards, prisons or a hospital.

So basically, the games at EWU are going to be a lot more interesting.

Is the track still part of this rendering? Those stands are built on the side of the hill right? Putting in new field turf, why not get rid of the track, move the field closer to the stands? I assume those high school bleachers wouldn't be to hard to move either.

I suppose you've seen the renderings and the push by some to get this done? Ain't gonna happen (I hope) as the turf we put down is new, but some want it done with the new upgrades.
