Is the EWU-Montana date confirmed? Seems like we don't officially announce our schedule until long after most teams

I just don't understand the # of people that are bashing it. It's EWU's decision. It's their field. They have the right to do whatever they want with it.

I support it 100% and can't wait to see it in September.

BTW, I think part of it too is how it reflects on I-AA. I don't think it's a big deal, but I can hear ESPN commenting on it.

Yeah, of course they have the right Willie but it is put out there to elicit opinions on how it's going to look also. If the locals and the fans want it then that's all I need to know as well but I still feel it is a bit on the Professional Wrestling side of things. You can't try and call attention to yourself with a "look at me" type of move and then when people pay attention to ya (even if it's negative, making fun of you attention) be upset about it.

I agree with Willie.. You guys have gotta understand that this is mostly for attention. The new AD is trying to get the schools' name out there. BTW I detect some jealousy from some posters. Relax guys, its just red turf.

Dude I wish JMU had a purple field, I could end any Towson bashing by DJ, bandle, mcveyrl and the rest of the Dookies simply by saying

Trust me. The day we even come CLOSE to announcing that we're having a purple field is the day I retire (not D1B retire) from message boards. I'm not sure I could renew my season tickets with a purple field.

Having been in the coatings industry most of my life and understanding red (no matter what substrate it is encased or incapsulated in) is one of the two most prone to fade pigments in the color spectrum (yellow being the other), I can't wait for 6-7 years to pass before seeing EWU's PINK turf.
