He does show some promise, but then everybody looks like a world-beater against poor ol' native.

It's kind of like Rocky Marciano whupping up on Joe Louis: sure he beat Joe Louis, but Joe Louis was 74 at the time. Hell, native has his gloves up but he just kind of stumbles around the ring in a daze, throwing feeble punches at imaginary opponents and blurting out Tourette's-like verbal ejaculations about "the libruls".
ngineer is a crusty old phart. I know, because i am one myself!

Anyway, ng is a hardworking litigator who loves his school's team and the Phillies. Helluva guy!! :thumb: :thumb:

 Hey, I'm not dissing him, hell I'm a crusty ol phart with an Engineering (always capitalize Emngineering) degree too. I'm just noting that a battle of wits with native means he's going against an unarmed opponent.
You matter. Unless you multiply yourself by c squared. Then you energy.

The President's unprecedented public attack during a State of the Union speech on a captive Supreme Court was the shameful act.
An attack?

Alito's not smart enough to understand the implications of his own ruling. He and his four friends should be ridiculed and chastised at every opportunity.

Actually, when you think about it, Alito may have just made life harder for his corporate masters. I predict that one result of this ruling will be a whole bunch of activist shareholders. This could be the end of rubber stamping board and executive appointments. In fact there will probably be a whole lot more daylight shined on the actions of corporate leadership than that leadership would like.

Might go the other way too. With lots of diversly opinionated shareholders taking great interest in where their employees are putting shareholder money, the boards may decide to contribute to nobody.
