FCS: Coastal Carolina Chanticleers
FBS: Clemson Tigers

I also pull for South Carolina when they are not playing Clemson.

FBS: I grew up a UNC (Tarheel) fan. I guess I'd go with them (though I don't keep up with it like I used to).
ECU (family ties).
Michigan State (lived in Lansing for a bit).
Appalachian State Mountaineers:

Southern Conference Champions: 1986, 1987, 1991, 1995, 1999, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, and 2012
