DO YOU SECRETLY LIKE AN FCS TEAM OTHER THAN YOU OWN?

I've always had in 'interest' in Delaware as my uncle played there in the 1950's under Nelson, a number of my relatives are grads and I was recruited there. And other when they're playing Lehigh, I would like to see Bucknell improve, and I certainly root for any PL team playing an OOC game. Underdogs usually get my support, too.

I like to see the Virginia Military Institute be winners.....which it hasn't been since 1981. I told a VMI grad not too long ago I would like the Keydets to go 10-1....the "1" being to my Richmond Spiders! However, the Keydets have an opportunity to go 11-0 this year because they are not scheduled to play UR. The chances of going undefeated however are not very great since VMI has UVA on this year's schedule.

On a side note, UVA has 2 FCS schools on its schedule in 2010.... UR and VMI...interesting! I would love to see the Cavs LOSE both FCS games this year....however, this is unlikely....yet most people including the so-called experts said that the New Orleans Saints did not have a "prayer" against the Indianapolis Colts....so you never know....that's why they play the game(s).

I used to root for McNeese, Appy St. and Montana just so they would meet YSU in Chatty Now that YSU has fizzled out I root just for YSU and don't give a flying f*** what anybody elses team does Will admit I was pulling for Bill and Mary this year.

vmi doesnt have a good enough football team to even be a contender for the big south championship. past couple yrs are as follows:
'09 vs. liberty: L 14-54
08 vs liberty: L 26-38
07 vs liberty: L 34-73
06 vs liberty: L 32-38
ive only shown libertys contests but theres other schools in the conference who are much better than them too. as our school only gets better every year thanks to coach rocco its just not gonna happen.

No secret here....Furman. My brothers went there, got to see the prime of the Dick Sheridan era.

I don't have any real angst against my Big South brethren either....good rivalry with respect thus far.

Dont really like any other FCS schools,

Weber is my #1 team and the only team I root for at the FCS level

But I do also like to cheer for Utah and Boise State.

Wofford -- The players are very respectful when they visit Paulson.

UNI -- I just hope they win it all someday.

Delaware -- Big fan of that 2003 team.

I've become a casual fan of Fordham since they announced their move to scholarships and shook up the Patriot League.

Also, every once in awhile I catch myself pulling for Maine.

I like Montana, and also pull for Wofford when we're not playing them. You have to repect Mike Ayers and company for assembling the caliber of team they have most years out of a school with 1200 students.

I was also glad to see ODU come out of the gates pretty strongly this season, especially with the fan support. For some reason I kind of like Bill and Mary, but I don't really know why.

No secret it is SIU salukies where my girl friend went. We are either watching JSU or SIU every week We usually see more JSU games in the regular season because we know SIU will always be in the playoffs and JSU never in the playoffs

I really just meant that the Big South got a playoff bid. But I do expect that it will come down to LU and SBU. If CSU had a more favorable home schedule, I'd say they'd be in it, too.
