Education. Probably the best way to reduce poverty that I'm aware of.

I never said any Republican programs reduced poverty. I think the government should endorse faith-based organizations and grass-roots organizations to help reduce poverty. When I say endorse, I don't necessarily believe in money. I think well-fare programs that the far-left wants only creates a permanent under-class.

I for one don't love war, but I'm also not your typical "Evangelical" right winger with my Palin bumper sticker and a Rush Limbaugh addiction. The problem with more Evangelicals is they become Conservative Christians, rather than Christian Conservatives. If you did your job as a follower of Christ, you wouldn't need to worry about the government fixing the things the church isn't doing properly...

Abortion? Don't like it? Then reach out to women and tell them they're loved, cared for, and if they were to have a baby, they have a safe place to bring the child. Making it illegal doesn't get rid of it. Making the population at large believe what you believe about the situation, that it is murder and is wrong, is much more effective. That is done thru the completion of the Great Commission, not thru legislature.

War should never be a Christian's response to an issue. God loves and cares for the North Koreans, Iranians, and everyone else as much as he loves "The Land Of the Free"... not saying that war is intended to kill innocents, but war is destructive, violent, and usually not "biblically" warranted...

If only more people thought like this.

I'm for both. We volunteer at a local pregnancy center, but I'm happy to discuss the legality of abortion in the hopes I can make some people see it for what it is.
