It's just a study, benne. A follow up with 14-1 year olds would be a great idea. In the meantime, we should be using all the available tools in our kit bag, including abstinence training.

Exactly, but it's also a very specific study using a demographic of 12-14 year olds who are predominately urban african-americans. Some would have us believe that this is somehow proof that it works across the board, when the study doesn't show that. I'm sure that a follow up is in the works.
