Killer UMass Schedule Released

In addition to the normally tough A-10 conference, UMass release its 2008-2009 schedule today that includes games with Kansas, Memphis, Michigan and Vanderbilt. It's the first season for Coach Derek Kellogg, and he's definately decided to start with a bang...

Tough schedule. Sorry to see UConn missing from the schedule. UMass and UConn should play every year.

Shame on UConn. I used to go to a lot of UConn games when I was young. There were some great New England rivalries.

UConn should play UMass and Rhode Island every year.

I heard a rumor that UMass was actually traveling to SIU to compete in their pod in the Coaches vs. Cancer Tourney.

I understand that to be true now...the UMass coach agreed to the change...in fact, told the organizers we'd go where they wanted us...

I believe it's to get consideration for a future tourney the same folks are organizing...

Once you get to Carbondale, the Arena is not hard to find. It is right down the road from McAndrew Stadium. You remember McAndrew Stadium, don't you?
