I think all of the non gay posters here would be more receptive to the thread and reading them if every little slight wasn't posted so dramatically on the board. I don't usually read many of the gay threads but when I see one that lights up like this then I figure something must be brewing and check them out.

Travis you saturate shit to a point where take what would otherwise be sympathetic folks or even otherwise fans and turn them the other way. It appears to be a part of your personality across all areas. I used to like the Patriots, I used to cheer for the Celtics, and although I couldn't give a shit about baseball I was real happy for the Sox when they won. If all of those teams never won a game again it would be real fine with me cuz when they are winning you litter the boards with threads.

If you are trying to drive people in the opposite direction on the gay plight then I think you are succeeding here as well. You just aren't gauging your audience very well.

Not directed at Jon, but it always amazes me that the most vocal about squashing other peoples freedoms are people who are in a struggle themselves. One of the groups that is killing the gay marriage vote is blacks. On the Prop 8 vote, they were the only race demographic to vote for the Prop. Go figure.
