Apparently, JoePa couldn't get enough offense for the Nittany Lions. Nice win for the Cats!

The best pitcher we saw from them is from Colleyville, TX and a former teammate of our 3rd baseman.
That game Friday.... they gave up 15 walks, hit 4 batters and used 8 pitchers.

They just spent over 2 weeks down here. I think they're glad to be going home.

With the sweep our RPI went from 59 to 34...not too shabby.

Several games will be played as DH's on Sunday due to storms in the TEX/LA area. Wasn't up at the crack of dawn to post this. I slept in. So far only TXST/SHSU have officially (from what I am privy to) been changed. However, the rain is going west to east and all the home team's fields are in that direction, except UTSA. Seems to be clearing out in our area but the storms were heavy overnight. Not sure if UTSA's field will be playable.

The storms range from MO/KS (sleet/snow?), Arkansas, through OK and the length of TX

Edit: All games postponed until tomorrow as DH's with start times of 11 AM.
The storms cleared the IH35 Corridor but have now hit eastern TX and will hit LA soon. UTSA had already changed their game for today but looks like UT will play theirs an hour later. It's still really windy here and the temps are in the low to mid 40's. I assume the Big XII will postpone most of their games also. It's in the 30's and snowing in Lubbock and parts of OK, KS and MO
