You deserve great credit for stickin' up for your pa, YT! :thumb:

However, your accusation is false. I did NOT condemn every supporter of "social justice," only those who advocate achieving "social justice" through forced redistribution of wealth. One need not be violently bolshevist to be communist. Forced redistibution of wealth as advocated by Obama and as he bragged about in his autobiogrphy is indeed communist. I reiterate my condemnation here.

Could you please specify who these clergy are with whom you take issue? My contention is those who advocate forced redistribution are not social justice advocates at all...for there is no justice in that. Please narrow the scope of your generalities.

I don't know how native might answer...

But there were some Catholic priests in the 60's and 70's who were into "Liberation Theology" who definately believed in forced redistribution of wealth...

Colonel,

Good to be in the same thread with you again :thumb:

I think the operative word is "some;" I dare say a vocal minority perhaps. As we are critical of them, I am aware there were clergy who stood with King (who himself was a clergyman) in the 60s and 70s. That was certainly against the majority of white southerners in the 60s. But I don't think anyone would be critical of them for their stance against racism.
