I was thinking that the comment "real quarterback" might mean a typical drop back passer instead of some gimmicky option/shovel/running back/veer/shotgun qb.
"What I'm saying is: You might have taken care of your wolf problem, but everyone around town is going to think of you as the crazy son of a bitch who bought land mines to get rid of wolves."
Yeah, that quote is up for interpretation... I'm also interested in seeing how awkward draft day gets for Timmy as he's accepted the invite by ESPN to attend the draft. More awkward than Brady Quinn waiting and waiting and waiting? That was only the first round for Quinn and Tebow is projected by some to go in the 3rd round.
Getting away from the profanity aspect of this for a while, Grizza and DJ bring up a fairly decent point.
Tarkenton, Cunningham, and Young had pretty decent careers as mobile quarterbacks, though Young did it from a WC concept, which NORMALLY requires the prototypical dropback passer. Unfortunately, all too often that dropback guy ends up being someone superimmobile like Marino (imagine Marino without the quick release). Some of these young guys who never saw Tarkenton have the crazy impression that a mobile guy can't be successful. I think Tebow can be a successful QB in that mold if he's given the proper tutelage early on.
SuperHornet's Athletics Hall of Fame includes Jacksonville State kicker Ashley Martin, the first girl to score in a Division I football game. She kicked 3 PATs in a 2001 game for J-State.

That was my interpretation as well. I don't think the guy was trashing Tebow as much as he was looking forward to playing with a guy who will probably throw more than Tebow did.

You're right.
We just like talking about complete assholes.
"Sarah Palin absolutely blew AWAY the audience tonight. If there was any doubt as to whether she was savvy enough, tough enough or smart enough to carry the mantle of Vice President, she put those fears to rest tonight. She took on Barack Obama DIRECTLY on every issue and exposed... She did it with warmth and humor, and came across as the every-person....it's becoming mroe and more clear that she was a genius pick for McCain."

Gators come first in every city, I'm ashamed to admit
All Timmy-boy had to do was close his eyes and say a prayer in his head. No one would have cared, known or said a thing to him and God would have heard him. Needing to say it out loud and public indicates the who and why of his prayers intended audience.
"Elaine, you're from Baltimore, right?"
"Yes, well, Towson actually."

Exactly. "Oh we feel do bad that Johnny Weir can't go on tour because he acts like a flamer. Bigoted right wingers!"
But in this situation... "Haha, Tim, where's your God at now? Shut the fvck up and cry some more!"
