I'm also good with deporting the board of directors of these companies that benefit from our system and don't pay ther fair share. Since we keep hearing about how corporations have all the rights of a person, how about they have the reponsibilities too? Like three strikes and you're out...
I don't think I want to deport people who LEGALLY avoid taxes. I would rather just change the law  ;)
Ah, fuck it. Let's just tar and feather anybody that makes more than $35,000 a year and get it over with. Apparently if you're even slightly above the poverty line you're the fucking devil in this country any more.

Please define what "their fair share" is.

Well it may not be what he's thinking, but a fair share to me is easily determined by looking at "effective rates".

I guarantee my effective rate is higher than most Fortune 500 BoD members, so compared to me, they aren't paying their fare share.

Corporations do not pay taxes. They collect taxes for the government. So if YOU want to pay higher taxes then raise the "corporate tax" rate.

The "corporate tax" rate doesn't have anything to do with how much tax a corporation pays.

The "corporate tax" rate doesn't have anything to do with how much tax a corporation pays.
Whatever! The point still stands. People pay taxes, not a business or a corporation.

But the Supreme Court has recently told us that corporations are persons.

So do people pollute, use the court system to enforce contracts, etc?

If corporations are persons, and SCOTUS says they are, then they should have the kind of accountability persons have, too, like three strikes and you're out.
