Im going to have to agree with T-Bird on this one. dont get me wrong congrats on the win App State but...70-24 ...yeah that pretty much shows a coaching staff and team that has no respect or class to whoever they play. Need to clean it up guys

Sheesh, what's with the "running up the score" whining in this thread? As long as you sub out your starters at a reasonable point, you should be able to do whatever the hell you want; not to mention that subbing out your starters is mainly for your own benefit & not any sort of "sportsmanship" crap. No-one wants to see falling forward & kneel downs for an entire quarter—not the fans, not the winning team, & not even the losing team. Let the scrubs play.

Im sorry for sound like a liberal but i was unaware that they had subbed their second string at a resonable time. My bad now shut your gobs

No prob T-bird.....some of this was carryover from other boards.....the last TD was scored by our 2nd string QB after the fifth fumble by Wofford was almost returned for a touchdown. Also, our second to last touchdown was scored by our 5th string running back.....granted, I would have not allowed the last TD...there was 2 minutes left, we had just got a 1st down inside the 10, and could have run the play clock down on all 4 downs...but, I'm not the coach and the vitriolic rage being expressed by some becauuse wofford decided not to show up or play 60 minutes has gotten ridiculous.....

Comming from MT... wow it was impressive for app.st. I was disapointed the score got ran up. but in no way do i think app had a choice. Wofford Messed this one up hard core. you cant give up that many dumb turnovers. Did they even make adjustments????? it looked like they didnt care they got beat using the same boring stuff.

Agree....JMU deserves the ranking until they lose.....which I hope they don't until playoffs...as long as we get the #2 seed, I'm happy....let JMU carry the target.....

I could see App jumping JMU. By beating a top 5 team in Wofford so badly in every aspect of the game and JMU's recent struggles APP could do the leap frog into First.

Appalachain state seems to always have 1 or 2 bad games every year, but they always close the deal in the end. I don't know enough about JMU, obviously they should have lost to Villanova 2 weeks ago which sounded like a heartbreaker. It's going to be real interesting this year to see how Weber st. and Montana match up against the eastern teams. I'm also interested to see how Northern Iowa looks, they have a pretty good program.
