2010 NFL Draft
The NFL Draft starts tomorrow night. Do you guys think there will be any surprise picks and who do you think will drop?
Surpise: I think someone will pick up Tebow earlier than expected
Drop: Not so sure on this one yet

Re: 2010 NFL Draft
Somebody will take a chance on Tebow either late in the first or early in the second. I know Holmgren really likes his for Cleveland.
I just hope my Hawks pick up Berry and Spiller. With Alex Gibbs heading up the line, we can take lineman later in the draft.

If either or both of those guys fall to us, that would be fantastic. I don't think Berry is going to make it to 6th though.

Re: 2010 NFL Draft
I've been hearing a lot of rumors of Tebow to MN...I would be pissed if that happens. If we are going to go QB we need to trade up to get Clausen (even though I hate all things ND) or take Colt

4 straight b12 players, and 3 from OU.
How did they not win the title?

I realize it had almost everything to do with Bradford being out but damn...Ursus A. Horribilis wrote:Individuals vs. teamwork maybe? Coaching...clenz wrote:4 straight b12 players, and 3 from OU.

Looking like KC is picking Berry. Fuckers. Well, thanks to Washington, we'll get Okung to replace Walter.Shellin wrote:Screamin_Eagle174 wrote:I just hope my Hawks pick up Berry and Spiller. With Alex Gibbs heading up the line, we can take lineman later in the draft.![]()

Re: 2010 NFL Draft
I rarely understand Philly's picks. In fact, a few teams have taken 1st roundrs who have "undersized, doesn't have the height, not as quick as, not big enough" etc., in their bios. Do they take these guys because they played FBS and overlook a FCS guy who might fit the bill better?
I mean Graham? They didn't have more pressing needs than to take this guy first?
Just some random thoughts.

Re: 2010 NFL Draft
I am pissed the Eagles traded up for a small DE/tweener LB. They could have done just as much or better keeping the later pick.
Even more frustrated the Redskins, Cowboys, and Giants all made better more obvious improvements.
Finally, I am stoked the Broncos got Tim Tebow. Football fans, analyst, and front office personnel are all split on Tebow. Despite hating Florida football, this kid is the biggest winner and best leader in the draft. His attitude and leadership will make him a successful NLF QB back in 2 years, maybe sooner with his work ethic. Tebow, will be the man to lead Denver back to being an elite franchise again. Congrats Bronco's.
That is it for me now. I will look forward to reading what others think, and get prepared a "Tebow War" to take place on this thread.

Especially with Hughes out there. God, that was a lame pick. I've seen Hughes play, the kid is a monster. Instead they take a kid from Michigan with question marks? and Hughes goes to the Coltsmtgrizfan4life wrote:I am pissed the Eagles traded up for a small DE/tweener LB.
