What, are you accusing this place of being the Freedom Party under President Jake Featherston?

I was in high school and hour away in Roseville. In April/May of '73 there was a Fleetwood Mac/ Buddy Miles concert near you guys in Stockton that turned into a riot. Saw some bikers beat a cop like a snare drum with his own baton and saw a cop put down his riot shield and hurl a wine bottle at a large group of folks. Somebody got a picture of that and it made the paper.

I believe I caught that bottle...Boones Farm, Strawberry Hill...

...had to have been at the fairgrounds...

...wait, wrong riot...and I've never been to a Fleetwood Mac concert ...'73 huh?...coulda been when the World of Outlaws race came to West Capitol Raceway over in West Sac, kicked the locals azzes...three carloads of the locals followed the tour over to I-5, getting off at the Garden Highway and over to the Lil' Joes restaurant on Del Paso Blvd. As they ate, we got busy letting the air out of their tires until a Sac PD officer drove around the corner. Everyone scrambled, but three in our group met up with a couple of tour guys in an alley...didn't see it, but was told the officer drove his car down the alley, stopped, sat in his car and watched the fight. About 10 mins later, a couple of other units showed up, and the tour drivers/crews apparently were so pissed the officer hadn't stopped the fight, they started throwing objects at the cops, who backed down the street...we were sitting a couple of blocks away watching through a vacant lot...laughed and split before the cavalry arrived, grapevine said a couple on the tour spent the night downtown.

...jes walkin down memory lane.

Here's a quiz...which now nationally famous, but then KCRA local newscaster used to do the sports report from the West Capital Raceway every Saturday night?

If there was any doubt as to whether she was savvy enough, tough enough or smart enough to carry the mantle of Vice President, she put those fears to rest tonight. She took on Barack Obama DIRECTLY on every issue and exposed... She did it with warmth and humor, and came across as the every-person....it's becoming mroe and more clear that she was a genius pick for McCain."

We're all negroes now, owned by the government. Applying for welfare, medicaid, SS disability, and food stamps today. I suggest you all do the same and help Obama realize his dream for America.

Appaholic, you been drinking for 4 days? You have posted that same pic multiple times in the past couple days. Maybe find another one, the message can be the same, but that one is old from your constant posting of it.

The Fleetwood Mac/Buddy Miles show was at a baseball field. Cops pulled the plug and started lobbing CS into the crowd of about 20,000, who stampeded and flattened the cyclone fence along left field, trampling a mother and baby in the process.

right on my brotha! I put my notice in today, Inauguration Day is my last day. Might as well. After Federal Income taxes, SS taxes, FICA and all the other BS taxes soon hit 65+%, won't be worth it. (soon to be joined by Comprehensive Health Care tax) Obama says he's going to take care of us all. Shit, I don't hafta pay my mortgage or buy gas anymore. He goings to take care of me.

I am going to take a night course in Ebonics at the local community college before I quit though.
