That disturbs me.....more experience, more proven ability & earned respect from peers & an alum to boot....but we go for the Carolina guy from a coaching family with 10mos of experience as an asst after washing out as a pro player & color commentator....& his senior year at Carolina, they were like 8-20...first time Carolina has had a losing season since who the hell knows, so you gotta question Leadership qualities.....
