The ignored victims of Deepwater Horizon...

Relatives Fear the Dead Oil Rig Workers Are Forgotten

It's absolutely disgraceful that we've seen more pictures of sick pelicans and seagulls and the MSM doesn't devote any time to remembering those who died as a result of carelessness on the part of BP and the federal government. In 5 years hardly anyone will remember the oil spill and most of the effects from the oil spill won't be noticeable. But these 11 individuals will not be with us.

Just another example of the mental illness of ecomisanthropy creeping up in our media and culture. I'm sure there are some sick f%^&s out there that would, without any hesitation, kill all of the survivors who were working on the rig that day if it would instantly cut the volume of spilled oil in half.

Oh dear God, what a stupid post, especially the last paragraph.

We've already had posts on here from right wing wackos saying that any federal employee killed in a bombing on an IRS facility is simply collateral damage, yet all of a sudden the people out there on a rig who saw all the warning signs of this ecological disaster hours in advance but were too cowardly (or greedy) to stop it, even over orders from above, are now some kind of heroes?

So in another words, it's the victims fault? And was does the IRS building incident have to do with this? :?

From Wikipedia...
Adrian Rose, a vice president of Transocean, Ltd., said workers had been performing their standard routines and had no indication of any problems prior to the explosion.[34]
These aren't CEOs...these are engineers and middle-management who did not have anything to do with the poor leadership that caused the accident.

these workers were Christian white men so of course Obama and his ilk ignore them. If they'd been black or any other minority we'd all have a day off work and Jesse, Al and countless others would've lined the gulf shores doing some stomp dance as a memorial. :thumb:

I wasn't aware they were all Christian white men. Could you give us a list of the dead with race and religion? I'd love to see if your theory is true.
