Stop talking out of your posterior and back up your ridicuous opinion with facts. I didn't say anything about co-existing or the rest of the county. I listed specific San Diego city political figures.
The county may be slightly conservative, but the city is not. Dem registration out paces Repub registration, San Diego is a sanctuary city, non-union businesses are not allowed to compete on city projects, and city government regularly kisses big labor and illegal alien ass.
There is not a single elected social conservative in city government and only one reliable fiscal conservative. Mayor Sanders and council member Faulconer are slightly fiscally conservative but socially liberal. Both backed a resolution against Arizona for SB1070. Carl Demaio is a solid fiscal conservative and is the only council member to vote against sanctioning Arizona, but he also supports (and lives) a socially liberal political agenda.
You cannot counter with facts, mj, because there are no facts with which you can counter. The city of San Diego is not conservative, or even moderate. It is liberal.
