We weren't expected to give Florida State such a fit last year so I'm trying to keep my hopes up. Their defense is expected to be stout, but their starting 2 true freshmen with a very young offensive line(last I checked). Plus, our guys are still pissed over FSU.

Who said Liberty would lose this year? I see the Flames undefeated AT LEAST until the Chipper vs. Sacred City. Then all bets are off....

im not saying they will lose to JMU but an undefeated season seems like a dream. It's possible but Im not gonna get my hopes up for that too much haha

Dont get your hopes up too much. Alot of our conference mates will be gunning for both Liberty and Stonybrook since we will be the teams to beat this season. And I can safely say we will not go 11-0. We open at South Florda Sept. 4th and all I can hope for is a couple of field goals against a pretty good Big East team. Our key non conference games are at home against UMass and at Lafayette a few weeks later. Then we face off against eachother on Nov 20th. I would be very happy with 8-3 and the Conference Title and a playoff berth.

UC Davis (Great West) at San Jose State (WAC, 2-10)
