6'8", 350 lb Seantrel Henderson was released from his USC committment due to Lane Kiffen telling him the NCAA Penalties would not be severe.

"It was the severity of the sanctions at USC, and Miami was Seantrel's next school in line," Sean Henderson said, referring to NCAA penalties levied against USC in June that led to Seantrel's release. "Had we had more time with Miami earlier in the process, I think it would have been a more difficult decision [initially]."
