Who said those vile words?????
No one....but if they had been uttered in public (say, by a member of the Tea Party movement), you can bet the investigations from AG Holder would be immediate...the condemnation from Speaker Pelosi would be front page news...
Now, try this on for size....do you remember seeing it on the front page of the NY Times...or MS-NBC...or CNN
"I'm about the total destruction of white people. I'm about the total liberation of black people. I hate white people. I hate my enemy ... The only thing the cracker understands is violence ... The only thing the cracker understands is gunpowder. You got to take violence to violence."
"You want freedom? You're gonna have to kill some crackers! You're gonna have to kill some of their babies!"
Both quotes came from King Samir Shabazz of the New Black Panther Party...and there is no outcry from the liberal media...no investigations from the Obama Administration...only silence...

Seems like there is a bit of an apples and oranges comparison...the Tea Party is hanging around on the cusp of becoming a legitimate mainstream political party whereas the NBPP has been labeled a hate group that, as far as I can tell, isn't near getting any governmental power. If a Tea Party official said that, it would be front-page news. If they continued to say things like that, eventually they would fade from consideration as a real political party/movement and the coverage of such things would stop as well.
If Michael Steele said the above, it would also be front-page news and he would be out of job in no time.
On the other hand, I'm sure members of the KKK say things like that in public that don't make the front page, because that's sort of what you expect from the white-sheets.
I think there are plenty of example of racism from all corners, including blacks, and I think there are plenty of cases of double-standards that could be posted. I don't think this is a particularly slam-dunk example, though.
Thread-killer extraordinaire.
