Is App St the only FCS school with an indoor practice facility or are there others? I guess dome teams have one...

Everytime I see that dome it looks like it is covered in snow at first glance. I guess you count Liberty if an indoor track counts. But I don't believe we use it as such very often.

Central Arkansas has an indoor practice facility (Pepsi Center)...

Re: FCS Indoor Practice Facility
if playing football GAMES indoors is for wusses (as many around here seem to think),
then practicing indoors is REALLY for wusses.

Unless you play for Montana. In previous years, practices HAD to be held indoors in August because of smoke from surrounding forest fires.JayJ79 wrote:if playing football GAMES indoors is for wusses (as many around here seem to think),

Last I heard, Towson is going to convert the TowsonCenter into a indoor practice facility after the new basketball arena is built. Much like the new arena, I'll believe it when I see it.
"Elaine, you're from Baltimore, right?"
"Yes, well, Towson actually."

We need this because we still have natural grass on our football field and on our outdoor practice fields. When it rains, we don't want to tear up those fields so that practice indoors. Also, it helps when we host our pro combine.
