As someone who really liked the yellar alts last year I'm not too impressed with these. Maybe that'll change after an in-person viewing.

When I said "that's slick" I was talking about the media guide KYJelly posted - the uni's, notsomuch.
Re: FCS Style - Nike Pro Combat Uniforms
Usually I don't believe too many things posted on eGriz, but this looks to be like Montana's new jersey for this season. It's for sale as a legit replica on Eastbay already, so it's a little more credible.

Maybe they'll look better in person but I gotta agree with the rest of you. These are not exactly inspiring a "wow" factor in me.ASUG8 wrote:When I said "that's slick" I was talking about the media guide KYJelly posted - the uni's, notsomuch.

I am of the same ilk, but I must say I definitely like them better than last year's alternates. I am a huge fan of the throwbacks from 08. My favorite ASU jerseys yet. I seriously think our pants need a stripe or two...regardless of jersey color.ATL wrote:Ditto i like the app throwbacks better than that even if they do look like the steelers.Willie wrote: Wow, I don't like those at all.

Just like the App state uni's.... maybe the Montana uni's are just a one time thing because it looks to be the same template.
Re: FCS Style - Nike Pro Combat Uniforms
I honestly don't think I've laughed this hard in a long time. Some people on the MEAC board thought all of my designs for these were actually being used this season...INCLUDING the infamous YAY COCKS Delaware one.

Re: FCS Style - Nike Pro Combat Uniforms
From what I've seen, Montana and ASU screwed the pooch on their uni designs for the season.

Not bad. I think the numbers are too small though.MSUBear42 wrote:

Could someone do a Pro Combat jersey for Northwestern State?
Re: FCS Style - Nike Pro Combat Uniforms
goASU.com posted more pics of our alternate jerseys - count me under "not a fan" (sorry, couldn't post .bmp's with photo uploader).

Just my , but I sort of like the Montana one and find the App gold one revoltingly ugly. Stick with the black ones, App.
I'm seeing one of those fan-shaped lawn sprinklers every time I look at that tacky design on the shoulders. Way to go Nike. First Oregon, now everyone else.

I'm not sure on the MT one yet...but it is growing on me due to the simplicity and the semi-ugly style of it. It's got some charm to it.93henfan wrote:Just my , but I sort of like the Montana one and find the App gold one revoltingly ugly. Stick with the black ones, App.

Not a fan, except that they stayed with the maroon and silver. The crap on the shoulders must go - it feels like Nike is just mailing it in on this design.Ursus A.
