Even IF she's not a lib judge as you claim, you stated the "courtS" have sided with you, when that's not the case. A single judge did.

Now granted, a court might end up siding with you, the 9th Circus, but they won't be the last word. SCOTUS will be. We'll see who gets last laugh.

What if your mother made a weekend trip to Canada and realized she forgot her passport after she was already in Canada? What affect would this have on immigration if you shot everyone that forgot their passport?

Interesting that you would use THAT illogical argument. The majority of this COUNTRY agrees with ME, not you. But in the Donks "holier than thou" approach to governing, the minority is just CERTAIN they know what's best for the majority.
I don't claim either of our stupid parties but shit like this always makes me laugh. Republicans and Democrats both believe they know the best way to do everything yet they criticize the other party for feeling that way. Both sides have a "holier than thou" approach to governing.

And yes, the minority does need some protection from the majority. Numbers don't make right, otherwise McDonalds would be considered the best hamburgers in the world and many other silly and/or scary examples.

The difference is that the donks have 4 shining examples just in the past 8 months of completely ignoring the will of the majority. Rarely do you see that kind of arrogance on display permanently. To blindly continue on with policies and legislation (that have nothing to do with "protection") despite overwhelming support for the opposition is either just plain stupid.

It's got nothing to do with Canada having more secure borders. If there was a 3rd world country on their border... they'd be in the same boat.

The US-Mexico border is the only border in the world between a 1st world country and a 3rd world country. As long as that's the case, we're going to have an immigration problem. :coffee:

I've been through the border with Canada over 200 times, and never been asked for a passport. You need the passport to get back into the USA.

You must be confused as to what a Third World country is.

1st World = US + Nato allies
2nd World = Russia + satellites and allies
3rd World = former colonies and nonaligned

US can't be a Third World country... no matter what Obama does. :coffee:

True by the Cold War definition, but third world has come to mean other things, like less developed technologically, high poverty etc.

Summer recess until October 4.

So they're relaxing at the beach, practicing golf swing, etc.

Hell, I'd extend Summer recess through football season if I were them.

Maybe those definitions came from your communist textbook, but when I was growing up, it was based on standards of living and economics.

So, it has VERY MUCH to do with what Obama does. And it won't take long.

A lawyer who is for states enacting laws that promote immigration enforcement wrote a nice article to pull AZ back off the edge of the building. It goes on for seven more points and details some of Judge Bolton's order.
First: The judge lives in Arizona, likes Arizona and its people and sympathizes with your struggle to fight "rampant immigration, escalating drug and human trafficking crimes, and serious safety concerns." That's from the first sentence of her order.

Sounds like the Judge is just covering your ass Z and trying to get AZ to make 1070 better.

Since you seem hung up on the Dem agenda, lest we not forget the Republican agenda to grant amnesty and a pathway to citizenship, and the Arizona senators who supported it. Hey Z, you probably voted for Kyl and McCain as well as Bush... wafflers.

Pushing for Amnesty and Universal Health Care are nothing new to the Republican party, it's just clear that Republicans don't like it when the Democrats steal their ideas and visa versa, which is why a majority of both parties are bunch of chuckles. At least be objective on the situation, there are plenty of Republican congressmen who have pushed and voted for amnesty bills in the past, there are plenty of Republican congressmen who have sponsored and attempted to pass similar Health Care bills to "Obamacare." Yes Z, Dems have been supportive of health care reform and immigration reform.... but your party has too.

All true. And I didn't support those positions at the time, much as I don't support the donk positions now. But, like any election, you should to vote for the candidate who most closely mirrors your beliefs and values. And in my case, that's Kyl and McCain.

I'm NOT a single issue voter. See how that works? Critical thinking....try it some time.

Yes Z, and that wasn't my point. My point is that you pigeon hole this a problem the Democrats are creating, when in fact, both major parties have at one time or another, held the exact same hand in this card game... and this is on multiple issues, not just immigration.

Dems are in majority power in all three branches. This IS a Dem problem right now...face facts.

I've never once said Reps haven't done similar things in the past. :coffee:
