(I know none of you smartasses really care about the actual sport. but I figured I'd give an actual answer anyway)

Why just the Olympics? Won't they compete in the other International Women's competitions as well?

But why even narrow it down to only one event? You don't give a complete picture of what the team actually does.

Also, not every woman on the team will compete in the next Olympic games.

Of course we don't care about the actual sport as far as women go. I also don't water my drinks because I do not like the diluted effect of that either.

Funny, someone used that same argument a few days ago to explain why they didn't give a darn about FCS football.

Texas has 250 high school teams for boys and 200 for girls, but Wayland Baptist was the first to launch men's and women's wrestling for 2010.

I've always felt this was a crying shame. On that note. WTF are the rest of the Big XII teams going to do with Nebraska leaving for the Big 10? A four team conference. What good is a four team conference?

Of course I would have agrued that FCS would be more like putting some ice in your drink than watering it down but I'm sure that didn't even occur to ya. Go ahead and save that one for next time you're in that argument Jay.

It depends on how "high and mighty" and how far the B12 wants to carry their superiority complex but I think adding some teams from smaller schools wouldn't be a bad thought. UNI has had a damn good program the last 25 years and already wrestles Iowa State yearly and would add any real travel expense versus Nebraska.
