Still a student so...nothing but Montana grads.

Before I made the move and was still living in Pittsburgh I worked with a JMU grad, a Richmond grad, and a couple Duquesne students though.

I work in Charlottesville, Va so we have many UVa grads and a handful of JMU grads...a lot of JMU gear around the office...UVa grads don't take UVa sports seriously and think JMU is pee wee football although they lost to W&M last yr...the UVa grads seemed shocked when I show them the new stadium drawings.

1 App Fan - me :thumb:

1 Furman grad, but her hubby is a Gawga Bulldog, so she doesn't have a clue about the Paladins. Although she did tell me that they used to be called the Christian Knights a long time ago.....Go F.U.C.K. - Furman University Christian Knights  don't know if that's true, hopefully OL FU will chime in

1 JMU grad - she tries to stick up for the streamers but even she admits it's pretty ghey  she was even in the band. has her masters degree from LSU so she's pretty much a Tigers fan, but surprisingly she does keep up with the Dukes football team. she doesn't talk much smack to me though :D

1 Coastal Carolina former student (didn't graduate) - he went to Klempsum & College of Charleston (no football but did graduate from there) so you can guess where his allegiance is

1 Winthrop grad (no football team either)- he's a Klempsum fan too though

2 College of Charleston grads - one loves the Gamecocks since all of his family graduated from there - doesn't have a clue why he didn't go there though...the other is an older woman so she could care less about sports

2 Charleston Southern grads - one is an older woman, she went there when it was called the Baptist College and no football. the other is our president and he follows the Gamecocks (his wife went to Gawga Suthun but I never see her)

1 UNC Charlotte grad - she hates college football, only loves the Panthers

1 The Citadel grad - only for his masters degree, undergrad at USC so he follows the Gamecocks

1 UNC Greensboro grad - she doesn't have a clue what a football is though

I think that about covers it....we have a lot of FCS schools represented here but no real FCS football fans besides me

1 Delaware grad from decades ago - no clue about sports.
2 W&M grads - they will know the team's record but none of the player's names.
1 Kent St grad (They might as well be FCS) - but she is clueless.
2 ODU grads - One can tell you the high school that the player's graduated from (that would be me) and the other barely knows that we have a football team now.
0 JMU grads - The type of work is too technical for those liberal arts types.
20+ Virginia Tech grads - All I have to do is mention the fact that we beat them in basketball in 4 of the last 5 meetings and that usually shuts them up. If that doesn't work, I just mention Michael and Marcus Vick.

Northeastern- We have a guy who played B-ball there. He like 6' 9" and 350 lbs.

Colgate- This guy wears girls jeans and is a giant dork. Very smart guy however.

Fordham- My boss is a Fordham grad. I wont even get started on him.

Coastal Carolina- We hired a new guy from here and he may be the biggest douche I have ever met in my life. The dude is 5' 3" and built like a marshmellow. He talks like a woman. Even worse he thinks he knows absolutely everything about the job and will be tops on the team in no time. I am going to punch him in the face and hope I get fired.

Only two guys actually care about FCS. One Delaware guy who played for the hens in the 70's, and another guy who played for Marshall in the 80's when they were I-AA.

Almost all of our lawyers are from the UM School of Law

All the hicks in extension are from MSU as are our engineers.

Every other department seems to be half and half.

One of my closest work friends left a few months ago and she was an ODU grad.

We have a new lawyer coming tomorrow from Liberty. I think she said she'd been to one Liberty game.
We have another that went to North Dakota. He only knows they have a hockey team.

One of our college helpers goes to UTC, another plays for Yale.

We also get a ton of college help from ETSU. Oh wait.

My director did her undergrad at Lehigh, but went to Maryland for grad school and cheers for them instead.

2 GSU grads including me.

My assistant is a Ga St grad.

My director's assistant is a FAMU grad.

3 UGA's, 2 Florida States and a Central Michigan round it all out.

I'm the only one who gives a shit about FCS football.

I'm surrounded by FBS people
Mgr - Baylor
EXA - TTech
Asst - A&M
Asst - TXST (yeah)
Pharmacists (2 of them) - UT
One of the cosmeticians went to TXST but she could give a flip about sports
Just got a new asst mgr who went to a non-sports college in Washington State, but I forget the name right now. Her mom went to Portland State so she is an FCS fan and knows all the schools up that way.
Then there's my friend, whose BIL went to TXST.
Have a lot of UT homers (no real affiliation to the school)

So, just Julie & I that give a damn about FCS but I bet the new asst will get into it when the season actually starts. She's a big sports fan, also.

App State - 1 (me)
Western Carolina - 1
UNC Charlotte (eventually) - 2 (but one is strictly a Clemson fan)
North Carolina Central - 2
NC A&T - 1
Southern - 1
South Carolina State - 1

Only the WCU grad, the UNCC grad that doesn't pull for Clemson, and me discuss FCS football.

There's hundreds of App grads where I work, I don't know the exact number. Just my team has: 4 App grads, 1 WCU grad, 1 ECU (non-FCS), I Francis Marion, and several unknowns. The other App grads are either not into sports or are fans of FBS schools. The WCU grad and I give each other a lot of grief, but he's just as much a Duke fan as the Cants.

My company recruits nationwide, so there are literally hundreds of schools represented. Its a fun place to work.

This can be summed up on my very first day. The sales manager shook my hand and said "Duck or Beaver".

I answered, smiling, "Vikings!"

He laughed, then said, "No, really. Duck or Beaver."
