Whew! I'm still tired.
Third largest crowd, 8990. Longest game in school history, 3hrs 38minutes.
Chris Hart throws for 4 TD and runs for 79yds. Tremayne Dameron runs for 107 and 2 TDs. Hakeem Moore gets 106 yds receiving and 2 TDs. Most of Towsons rushing yards came in the overtimes where we really pounded them.
We almost didn't stay for the fireworks is was 11pm.
Up next, reality and Villanova.
"Elaine, you're from Baltimore, right?"
"Yes, well, Towson actually."
Too bad Coastal didn't schedule a winnable game against a BCS team instead of a tougher one against a CAA team.
..best news from this weekend though was learning that football alumni are now allowed to watch the games from the field house terrace WITH their coolers.

I guarentee your Chants are getting in a little extra conditioning this week. It was obvious you guys were running on fumes mid way through the 4th quarter. I feel bad for what your players are going to get.

Any crap that I threw out regarding Old Dominion over the last year has been more hope than anything. Through 13 games, I think we have proven to be, at least, at the bottom half of the middle third of FCS. In 5 days, and over the course of the next 4 games, we have an opportunity to move up. I'm not expecting to, but I am hoping we can hang in there and make it respectable.
Besides, I have a tailgate spot within a stone's throw of the stadium (literally) and there will be plenty of beer and food for Andy when Towson pays a visit to Old Dominion.
The boss' son goes to CCU and was a third string OL last season and got redshirted. With all the coaching shakeup they called him a week before the season started and said they didn't have a roster spot for him. His son (6' 4", 320 lbs) said he hopes the Chants lose every other game this season - he's a little bitter.

That's F'ing BS! I hope he can find somewhere to transfer to. At least he still have 4 years of elligablity left.

Becareful, I just may take you up on that offer in a year or two.

He was a pretty solid HS player, but was a little lukewarm about playing college anyway. They offered to help him find someplace to play, but he likes the scenery at CCU so I think he'll just be a student.

Yeah you gotta love the sport to play it at this level. It's a full time job.

First off, congrats on the win. Sounds like a great game, and the overtimes had to be a lot of fun.
Unlike many on here, I only post when I have something of value to add to a conversation, so my absence (thought I made a post or two....) was nothing more than being busy. However, I never was the guy to make silly claims after beating the likes of Presby and Virginia Union.
Campbell was a nice diversion, but is likely a very temporary diversion between a disappointing JU loss and the lesson to brought on us by WM on Saturday.
Never know you missed me so much when I don't post, you old softie!
When Maxine Waters reaches the pearly gates, I hope St. Peter bitch-slaps her with a large, wet teabag

I imagine the scenery is pretty nice at CCU.
I remember CCUcheer! I was looking for her Saturday night.

Was that Moore? They promised his father that they were going to sign his other son too but then didn't.
Honestly, a lot of CCU fans are hoping they don't win too many this year too because we're tired of Bennett's crap. His first 4 years proved only one thing, he's a good DII coach because 70% of those 34 wins were against DIIs or the Savannah States of the fcs.

Proud Prince of Purple Pomposity YT is not a communist. He's just a ...young pup.
