NDSU has some good video highlights up if you want a look at the BISON hitting on all cylinders:

DJ McNorton, a 4.5 yd/carry back last season with about 60 attempts, is really starting to blossom as the featured back. He reminds me of Adrian Peterson from the Vikings.

As you know Gil The Golden Arm was inspired by Shoutin' Ed Schultz the first year after UND quit playing NDSU. You may remember Ed. He sure had a time making fun of the NDSU QB, calling him the Golden Arm.

At that time many NDSU supporters stepped forward to give some voice to NDSU. It was the original role of the The Golden Arm to compare the Statistics of the outstanding NDSU QBs and the adequate players UND was playing at the position and get that information to the public.

I will pass along your interest in their comment Gil. Even though The Golden Arm Committee's role has increased dramatically since those early years and it now plays a behind the scenes role in almost every phase of the college game a comment on Jensen would seem right up their ally.

Gil,the GAC asked me to pass this along:

They likes Jensen. His completion percentage is not as good as Jose Mohlers but he can find receivers better. He has 4 TD passes and Jose has none. Another stat they mentioned was rushing. Mohler rushed for -45 yds in 2.5 games and Jensen has just under 100 but that mobility is stopping the sacks. Jose had 13 sacks. There are concerns about why he doesnt dump the ball more often, or better yet find a receiver. Either way, playing behind the same line and same game plan Jensen seems to move the team better. It may have been just one bad game for Jose at UNI but that gave Jensen his break and he is making the best of it.

Seriously though, what is going on with that 1950's offense your running? No imagination at all.
One last word, whomever plays USD next week should have an easy time of it. Its a loss they shouldnt be able to come back from in a single week. Mark it up as a virtual bye for the USD opponent this saturday.

You must be scared that UND is going to make your win look less impressive. I never seen such insecurity. It ok JBB, NDSU's win this last Saturday was an impressive win and can stand on it's own.
