Not necessarily...I enjoy steak as well....however, I've got no tolerance for this....

NOT RIGHT: No jail for man who beat dog to death

Photos of the crime scene would turn your stomach. They were so graphic that the jurors who took less than an hour last week to convict Willard Keith Joyce of felonious cruelty to animals could barely glance at them when they were introduced as evidence.

What kind of monster would beat a Chihuahua to death? In a dispute over rent?

Joyce told investigators that he thought the Pottses had moved out, and he went to the house that day to check on it. But the Pottses hadn’t left; they had simply gone out for the evening, leaving Rascal, their pet Chihuahua, in their bedroom.

“He was upset because he didn’t think (the Pottses) were doing what they said and he became increasingly enraged,” Breeding said the day after the verdict came down. “He went in there and took it out on that little dog. He beat it repeatedly on an object or objects in the kitchen.”
