The NFL is currently investigating sports commentator Jenn Sterger’s allegations that Minnesota Vikings quarterback Brett Favre sent her X-rated photos of himself, according to the Associated Press.
NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell said the league will "make a determination" if Favre should be punished once the NFL completes its investigation, the AP reports.
According to the sports Web site Deadspin, Hoboken resident Sterger claims that Favre, who is married with two children, sent her several naked crotch photos on her cell phone in 2008. Sterger was working as a sideline reporter for the New York Jets and Favre was their quarterback at the time.

She didn't report it. One of her friends mentioned it on O&A or Stern.
"Elaine, you're from Baltimore, right?"
"Yes, well, Towson actually."
Wow, never tried that pick-up line before - who would've thought that sending pictures of your junk would work on some women? I guess at least there's no chance of them misunderstanding your intentions.

To each his own I guess. Personally I think they are fantastic, whether they are fake or not! If they are fake, then I commend the surgeon and hope to see more of his/her work! Perky is fun.
If the individual who received those texts or whatever wanted to press obscenity charges or whatever, that's her perogative. But as that doesn't seem to be the case, I really don't see why the league should take any action.
Sounds to me like it's a matter between him and his wife more than anything.

Roethlesberger got suspended for allegations. No charges ever filed. One of them was legit, the other was a crazy woman trying to make money. This isn't completely different, and Favre technically worked with her.

I think it is completely different, there is a huge difference between sending obscene pics and being accused of attempting to rape someone.
We don't have all the facts, but if the woman didn't mind receiving the pics then the issue here should be between Favre and his wife. If the woman objected to the pics then it seems to be a sexual harassment case, which is a long way from being accused of rape.
