I like the YSU mentality right now. Sure we are 3-3, but we could easily be 5-1 right now.

-Loss at MSU. We led 17-0 and fell asleep on the Bears. On 3rd and 12 late in the game down 28-25, we let Kirby go deep for a touchdown pass to lose the game.

-Loss vs. NDSU. We lead 10-0 and 29-28 with 51 seconds left after Blose nailed a 38 yard field goal that we thought would be the game winner. We have a terrible kickoff to the 20 returned out near the 45, tack on a holding on us a play later, then Moehler goes 45+ out for the game winner to lose.

We start 10 freshman and/or first year players (ie transfers, redshirts, etc) on both sides of the ball, and an additional 10-15 freshman/first year players have gotten significant time playing in the backup roles at numerous positions.

We are very young and talented on offense. If Wolford can recruit some kids to play some defense here, we will be in good shape.

SDSU.......Finally get over that hump
NDSU.......I just don't see a loss here
MSU........MSU might end up on top of this MVFC heap.
UNI.........Hangs another huge one on USD, Meierkort reprimanded again by Great West for public derision of officiating, because they couldn't find a way to keep the clock running to put those mangy wild mutts to sleep.
WIU........Back to drawing board for No-flying birds!

Or you could be 2-3 if SIU hadn't gone to sleep on the 'guins.
You matter. Unless you multiply yourself by c squared. Then you energy.

That game was nowhere near what the score indicated--I think the guins went to sleep on SIU (along with the refs!)

You, me, and every YSU and SIU fan on the planet know that the game was nowhere as close as the score indicated.
