The Salukis came out flat and the Jacks took it to us, end of story, end of playoff hopes for SIU.

Congratulations to the Jacks and let me add that their fans are all class. Stood for the SIU fight song. Loosing to these guys doesn't hurt nearly as bad as some of the other MVC teams. Good luck Jacks and best of luck if you make it to the playoffs.

Ton of SDSU fans there today. At least the same number as UNI fans if not more. Crazy Dakota folks.

And another note: SDSU is the first team we played at home that didn't have players jawing on the sidelines and being ridiculous towards our fans. Thanks.

Thanks houndawg! We all have a long way to go....except for UNI evidently they're fans are claiming the league title outright(nice performance against USD today UNI, ya' sally's, your oline skittish or what? You were supposed to piss pound them)
That was nice finally winning over SIU, felt good.
No...three losses won't win this conference. But, damn, it's sure starting to feel weird in the Valley!

I'm far from booking that auto-bid playoff ticket.

UNI is improving, but still needs to find a way to score TDs, not hope for FGs. Rushing def is still leading the way, 27 carries, 82 yards tonight. Unfortunately that will increase our average per game. Still below 80 per game.


BTW - I think UNI moves into 1st place on rushing defense based on what I have seen from the stats for the top 5-6 teams.
