The military has let women serve for a while now, and I'm not aware that suprise blow jobs are a problem (or even an occurance

). I don't see where the behavioral component of sexuality is a problem for the military. Just becasue the guy next to me prefers the company of men doesn't mean that he will molest me at the first opportunity any more so than a heterosexual will molest a female when given the chance.
