That is a real problem for the team. So far their best players have been the fans in right field.
It's been that way for years.

Looks like Willie is the only real Yankees fan on cs.com. I'm just an American League fan -Boston, when the Detroit Tigers don't roar. Starting to like the Giants more and more each day. :thumb:

Those guys in RF must be really good then. They've been to the playoffs 15 times in the last 16 seasons and won 5 world series during that time.

Heck yeah and even through 2hr rain delays including the last one of the regular season against the Rays. Although I will say when everyone was leaving on Monday I was turning the channel from disgust.

Did 60 bags of leaves today, just off the driveway, and it doesn't even look like I made a dent.

Rewarded myself after dumping the leaves at the compost site, by going to Red Robin for a Banzi Burger and watched the last 3 innings there.

though Halladay wont pitch game 7, but thats because they made the mistake of not starting him tonight. People talk about how pitchers wuss out these days and I usually ignore it, but what happen to the days when the ace went games 1-4-7? :ohno: :ohno: :ohno: :ohno:

As you said? You said Halladay would pitch game 7, you were wrong. You could have admitted that at any time, no use waiting for the game to end.

Ok, I'll admit I skipped out in the top of the 9th o Game #3, largely because it was already past 11:00 p.m. and I had a 4:30 a.m. ride to the airport in the morning for a Pittsburgh trip.

But I got back Tuesday night at around 6:45, took the ride to the stadium, and was there for game 4, even though I was completely exhausted, and watched the entire sucky Game 4.

You should've stayed in Pittsburgh!

Not gonna get to see the game tonight since I'm heading up to hunting camp...but I'll say NY wins 6-2.

Another horrible blown call that replay would have easily overturned. :ohno: That was clearly a hit-by-pitch.

6 umpires and none of them can see.

Yanks in trouble now, Terxas leads 5-1 in the bottom of the 5th.

I have mixed feelings about this. I usually want the Yankees to lose, but I'd rather see a Phils-Yankees World Series.

And yes, I kinow, the Phillies aren't there yet either.

Ironcally, the Yankees probably wish that thew call had been made correctly. The Yankees ended up trading a run for an out (which tied the game at 1 all), since the batter ended up grounding out. Had the call been correct, the Yankees would have had runners on 1st and 3rd and may have had a big inning.
