UNH will be getting a huge boost to that number today, unless the NCAA files it separately with the HBCU "Classic" games.89Hen wrote:Pleasant surprises...

Look, I know you envy Eastern Washignton University.. with the better use of black & red, better logo, etc I really do understand that... (imitation is the highest for of flattery) but you are fckin [wet]dreamin if you think SUU's shtty grass & 300$ pressbox can match EWU's stadium. SUU has a half-assed horshoe with 4 rows of seating. What a joke! SUU'll never be as good in any area of life/sports/education as EWU. SUU-FCS' shit stain.SUUTbird wrote: SUU's stadium looks almost as good as Eastern's

We have a lot of fans, but we want our schools to do much better than they are..Hopefully BCU/SCSU can change that this year.Silenoz wrote:It's interesting that there is clearly a large number of Jackson and NC A&T fans, but you don't really see any here or on AGS. Actually that goes for pretty much all of the SWAC/MEAC teams.

The SWAC is in their own little world over there...they don't pay nobody any attention for themselves....

Re: 2010 attendance
Actually, MSU is averaging above capacity for this year. Not sure why the NCAA has us listed with a 15000 seat capacity, I believe that was the number pre-1998 renovation that dropped capacity. According to the documents that have been put out concerning the expansion, current seating capacity is just under 13000. With a sellout they bring in additional temporary bleachers in the north endzone and the sidelines near the endzone which pushes seating to almost 14,000 I believe and then, as with homecoming this year, they will sell SRO also if needed. Don't worry, MSU is doing just fine and the expansion is much needed.Silenoz wrote:Also, Montana State has their best start in a million years and they still can't sell out? And they're expanding the stadium. Seriously Bozeman

Love to see that 40 teams are now averaging 5 figures in attendance! Lets keep the momentum going!

Cally, good to have ya here first off. Second, take nothing serious here. Everybody and everything is ripe for lampooning on this site. That's all 93hen was doing and I'll bet he had some exchanges that led him down that path.Cally wrote:http://www.onnidan.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; probably represents those conferences better....it deals with all the hbcu conference teams.tampajag wrote: there's actually one for each conference:

Re: 2010 attendance
Southern dropped from #12 to #22, I guess drawing 8k the last two games will do that. It'll be interesting to see what the numbers look like for the Bayou Classic

Re: 2010 attendance
SEMO has had a huge turnout in fan support this season. The numbers are actually skewed from their last home game against Southwest Baptist. There was only I believe 6 there in attendance. That brought our average under the 9000+ range...which is way up from previous years.

Towson's attendance went UP this year by nearly 1000. 2009- 6283, 2010-7107
In an absolutely disasterous season. With the new AD and Ambrose's recruits coming into their productive years, one can olny imagine future packed houses at Unitas Stadium. As crazy as that may seem to most everyone.

Speeking allong those same lines....SEMO's attendance last year was at 5,835 per game. This year we are at 8,342. That's an increase of 2507. Not too shabby.

Yeah that's what winning does. Towson's went up and we're gonna go 1-10 this year.SEMOFB2010 wrote:Speeking allong those same lines....SEMO's attendance last year was at 5,835 per game. This year we are at 8,342. That's an increase of 2507. Not too shabby.
