After 26 straight losses Western Kentucky wins at Louisiana-Lafayette 54 - 21 to get their 1st FBS win in the Sun Belt Conference. To believe that Louisiana-Lafayette actually led Oklahoma State.

Next week is Homecoming vs the absolutely decimated North Texas Roll Tops!!!

You might wanna watch out. North Texas could be a trap game. They just made a coaching change over the bye week, promoting my former position coach to HC. I can't wait to see how the team responds.

I know, I think that Coach Taggart will give his players a swift reminder of that. Especially since WKU has lost the last 3 against North Texas. However, this is a MUCH different WKU team than in the past. They have made tremendously strides since Game 1 of the season. The losses have been smaller and smaller. Nebraska (-39) Kentucky (-28), Indiana (-17), South Florida (-12), Florida International (-3), Louisiana-Monroe (-5), and Lousiana-Lafayette (+33). WKU should have beaten Louisiana-Monroe, but that's OK. This could be the start of something tremendous for the Toppers in the start of next season.
