As a fan base UND fans are far more palatable than the NDSU. It's nice not to have look around and constantly be embarrassed by the dumb **** someone from your conference says. I'll give the MVFC fans credit for distancing themselves from most of you guys.

We are hearing that the WAC will be extending formal invites to Texas State and UTSA, which means….
Montana & Montana St likely staying put in BSC.

An informed official from a position in the BSC has indicated off the record that “an unofficial invite has been extended to UND, USD and SUU”.

Sounds as though SUU to BSC is all but a formality, regardless of the Dakota schools.

UND & USD are apparently a package deal.

Our guess is that UND wouldn’t start BSC play until 2013 at the earliest.

Reminder: Nothing is guaranteed at this point.

Its one of the most expensive conferences in the country to be a member of and has terrible attendance. I would expect athletic budgets to be probably 10-15% higher, if not more, based on travel costs alone.
