I can honestly say I don't hate the Griz anymore. Hell, sometimes I even start to lean just slightly past the neutral line towards "like", but then a Griz fan opens his mouth and resets the whole process.

But hate? Naw, I outgrew that phase.

Interesting trend. Our bad/rebuilding years, we lose by 2 or more scores, next year it's a close game decided by a TD or less, the third year we beat you. Following that trend, in 2008 we were supposed to beat you (Nichols' and Boyce's junior year after a stellar sophmore season), but we had to adapt to a new coaching regime, and lost by two scores. Next year... one score game, 2010, we beat you. Doesn't bode well for 2011 though...

Cats are my second favorite team. Distant second, but second anyway.

Cat fans say or do the same in reverse but I take it more as sibling type rivalry. I'd still rather see my homeboys beat the fuck out of someone than get their ass beat even if we're gonna have to fight it out back home.

This may sound strange but I am glad to see EWU continue to bring it. That is the biggest thing that pissed me off about Big Sky teams, they get all jazzed up and play out of their minds against UM, and then go out and lose a couple the shouldn't have and then get smacked in the playoffs, ala Weber last year. Eastern will be a handful for anyone they meet in the playoffs and if Jones stays healthy, I think they could do some damage.

You can't see it? There at least 8 separate penalties occurring on that play. Montana has four extra players on the field and all four have uniform violations. SE has circled them for us.
