Yeah. Not to mention Bama has 3 losses, so they aren't elite either.
Really? They are the defending BCS National Champs, and they are 9-3 playing in the SEC; if they aren't elite then none of the teams Auburn played this year are elite.
I'm talking about this year, so last year's title doesn't count.

The Tide are ranked #17 in the AP Poll & #19 in the Coaches'. If you want to call them "elite", you have to then call the Griz an elite FCS team this year.

Oh, but that's DIFFERENT. The Griz are not in the CAA, so they are not elite by definition.

(CAA fans sure can dish it out, but they can't take it.)

SuperHornet's Athletics Hall of Fame includes Jacksonville State kicker Ashley Martin, the first girl to score in a Division I football game. She kicked 3 PATs in a 2001 game for J-State.

considering all 3 of the teams Alabama lost to were in contention for a BCS bowl game in the last week of the season, they most certainly are elite

I am not a CAA elitist, never have been. Nice try though.

Maybe they will actually recruit a kicker now instead of depending on a walk-on to fill the position.
Don't get me wrong, I'd love to see a mid-major in the Title Game…

…just not Boise. Image
Same here. I am just sick of them playing the “woe is me” card every fvcking year. :coffee:
